Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests focus on individuals affected by substance use issues and those from families with a history of involvement in the criminal justice system. I additionally have a passion for supporting adolescents and adults, especially during periods of significant life transitions.

Clinical Approach:

I aim to create a supportive space where we can address tough moments in the healing process together, bringing in humor and laughter when it feels right. I work with clients using a collaborative approach, focusing on person-centered therapy and adjusting different methods to fit each person’s needs.

Hobbies:

Some of my hobbies include spending time with family, watching a new series, or cooking. In the summer, you will find me coming out of hibernation and enjoying a round of disc golf, taking a walk with my family, or tending to our vegetable garden.
