Clinical Interests:

I have clinical experience in co-occurring inpatient treatment, withdrawal management, and outpatient treatment. I have a passion for helping individuals with co-occurring disorders overcome personal challenges to be successful in their recovery journeys. I have an interest in co-occurring eating disorders and addiction and have completed a lot of my continuing education on this topic!

Clinical Approach:

I take a personalized, client-centered approach to counseling utilizing motivational interviewing to help my clients identify their recovery goals and reach them! I really enjoy CBT and DBT skills and incorporate these into my work.

Hobbies:

My hobbies include reading, spending time with my family and friends, and anything active! I enjoy yoga, cycling, and weight-lifting.
