More About Adeline Sampson
Clinical Interests:
It takes courage to ask for help. If you are feeling anxious, depressed, stressed, or are dealing with relational struggles, or trauma – I can help. You don’t have to go through this alone and I will give you the space to process what you are dealing with. My passion is assisting children, teens, and adults to identify and root out the causes of their emotional distress and move forward in their lives with more hope and resilience for their future.
Clinical Approach:
I believe in meeting my clients where they are and adapting to their readiness for change. Creating a supporting environment for growth, I integrate a person-centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, that values their autonomy to help identify specific patterns of thinking and behavior that may be contributing to the clients’ difficulties. By implementing these evidenced based therapy approaches, it helps promote a positive space for exploration and healing along with helping the client achieve their desiered goals.
Hobbies:
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
