Clinical Approach:
I use a person-centered approach since I believe it is valuable to highlight a client’s existing strengths and resources while navigating through change. I prioritize building trust and connection with my clients as it’s an integral part of the counseling process. While working together, there will also be use of Motivational Interviewing (MI), CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and strength-based techniques to achieve recovery and personal goals.
Hobbies:
I enjoy cooking, photography, video games, arts and crafts, and lounging around on the couch with my fluffball cats!
