Clinical Interests:
As a doctoral intern, I provide therapy and psychological testing services to individuals across the lifespan. I also am specifically interested in sport psychology.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize a solution focused, strengths based and person centered approach. In working with clients, I aim to help them become better versions of themselves. I meet clients where they are at and work with them collaboratively to reach their goals. I believe a client’s journey is just as important as their destination.
Hobbies:
I enjoy traveling, coaching figure skating, spending time with friends and family and doing anything creative.
