More About Alli Tetzloff
Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests focus on mental health recovery, with a passion for supporting adults as they navigate the challenges of managing and overcoming mental health conditions. I find great fulfillment in aiding clients with functional rehabilitation, helping them build essential life skills, foster social connections, and develop vocational abilities to enhance their independence. Additionally, I emphasize psychoeducation, equipping clients with knowledge about their treatment options and effective coping strategies to empower them on their path to recovery.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approaches emphasize strength-based practices, leveraging clients’ unique abilities and resources to establish personalized and achievable goals. I also integrate community-based elements, connecting clients with local resources and fostering the development of supportive social networks. My care planning is always client-centered, meaning I create individualized plans that align with each person’s goals, strengths, and preferences, ensuring their needs and aspirations are at the heart of the process.
Hobbies:
I have a wide range of interests that blend social and active activities. I enjoy attending trivia nights with friends or spending a cozy evening at home playing board and card games. For active hobbies, I love exploring hiking trails, participating in fitness classes that push me out of my comfort zone, and trying new and exciting activities. I also cherish the time I spend with my two cats, relaxing on the couch while enjoying a great TV show or discovering a new movie.
