I utilize evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), combined with a person-centered approach to support the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that they receive customized and effective interventions. My goal is to create a supportive and personalized approach to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential and improve their overall quality of life.
