More About Amy Huck
Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy services to both adolescents and adults. My primary clinical interests are, but are not limited to include anxiety, depression, relational issues and general trauma.
Clinical Approach:
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, integrative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I draw from various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a supportive environment. I work collaboratively with clients to build trust, identify their goals, and develop strategies for coping, healing, and growth. My aim is to create a safe space where individuals can process their experiences, develop self-awareness, and work toward lasting positive change.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I also make the most of the summer months by being outdoors, embracing the sunshine and nature whenever possible.
