Clinical Interests:

I provide outpatient therapy services to adults (18+). I am interested in supporting patients with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, and parenting struggles. I believe in creating a safe space in therapy to honor each patient’s cultural background, including unique life experiences, ethnicity, race, religion, sexuality, and gender.

Clinical Approach:

My aim is to establish a collaborative relationship to support patients in identifying and working towards their goals in therapy. I offer a systemic approach to assist patients in acknowledging the various parts within themselves, as well as developing awareness of how their inner selves may be impacted by interpersonal/work/educational and societal forces. I tailor my treatment methods to the unique needs of my patients, and integrate various modalities including Person-Centered, ACT, and DBT therapies. I am a trauma informed therapist and provide Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).

Hobbies:

Outside of work, you can usually find me playing with my kids, or sitting with coffee and a good book somewhere in nature.
