Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach incorporates my education and experience working in counseling psychology and mental health rehabilitation with my PA education and experience in medicine. I seek to understand and consider the whole person before treating and I advocate for holistic approaches to mental health management. I encourage psychotherapy, medication as needed, as well as the use of non-prescription modalities (nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise, social interaction, non-screen time, time outside). I am conservative when prescribing controlled medications.
