More About Ashley Brisbin
Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults to provide exceptional mental health counseling that empowers individuals to achieve their aspirations and effectively manage their mental well-being. Guided by the principles of ethics and evidence-based practices, I am committed to tailoring counseling experiences to suit the unique needs of each person I work with. Embracing the core values of person-centeredness, humility, unconditional positive regard, empathy, respect, and collaboration, I aim to foster a nurturing and supportive environment where clients can explore their inner selves and overcome challenges.
Clinical Approach:
I am an eclectic therapist that integrates Person-Centered therapy, CBT, Neuropsychotherapy, DBT skills, and Strength-based therapy.
Hobbies:
When I have free time I love to spend time with my friends and family, play board or card games, travel, watch movies, read and even do crafts.
