More About Ashley Moos
Clinical Interests:
I have experience working in conjunction with adults, couples, and teens. The following are areas of personal clinical interest: anxiety, bereavement/grief, bi-polar disorder, co-dependency/self-esteem issues, communication skills training, depression, domestic violence, eating disorders, life transitions, personal growth, relationship distress, shame resilience, substance abuse, trauma, and women’s issues.
Clinical Approach:
I am most likely to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, creative/expressive/fun treatment modalities such as Sand Tray Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or other trauma-focused interventions such as resource tapping (EMDR with just adults at this time), and Motivational Interviewing.
Hobbies:
I love art journaling, going to plays and movies, hiking, listening to music, reading, and spending time with my loved ones and fur babies. I also enjoy furthering my education with CEUs and consider myself a student for life.
