More About Ashley Ripley

Clinical Interests:

I have experience and interest in working with a range of age groups age ranges 10-40, and have experience and interest in working with a variety of concerns and diagnosis. I have a lot of experience working with the Autism and ADHD community, as well as Depressive Disorders and Anxiety Disorders. Other areas of experience and interest are those struggling with emotional regulation or anger issues, need support navigating grief, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Clinical Approach:

My main intervention method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strengths perspective. I want to help you identify triggers and barriers, and lift you up using your strengths. I want our time to feel safe and non-judgmental, and most importantly I want you to feel like you can have the experience that best suits you and your needs. I can provide a space to process, talk, and practice various skills to provide you with a toolbox to aide you in your healing journey. Reaching out for help and starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my hope is to ease any fears you could have and provide you with that space to feel heard.

Hobbies:

I love art, spending time outside (particularly with my puppy), seeing my loved ones, and martial arts. At night you’ll find me watching a show or playing video games to unwind, and have recently started to include reading into my night time routine. I’d love to hear more about your interests, and any book or tv show suggestions are welcome!
