Clinical Interests:

I am interested in working with individuals 18+ experiencing a variety of mental health disorders including and not limited to depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, self-harming and stress management. I have a passion for working with and maintaining a safe sensory space for individuals who are neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize person center approach – meeting the client where they are at in their process, I also like to use solution based practices and motivational interviewing. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am here to support clients nonjudgmentally and walking along side them on their journey of healing.

Hobbies:

I love spending my time outside when I can, whether this is going for a walk or exploring a new coffee shop. I also enjoy engaging in Pilates, crocheting, gardening, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
