Clinical Interests:
I have ten years hospital based experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health issues. I am trained in educational psychology, counseling, addiction, grief and bereavement, and certified Reiki practitioner. I am a “Heal Your Life” workshop leader based on the work of internationally known author Louise Hay. I have authored and produced a guided meditation/deep relaxation CD “Peaceful Heart” and enjoy teaching these skills to support recovery based skills.
Clinical Approach:
I am passionate abut helping people restore a foundation of self-love in the process of releasing painful histories and personal transformation in recovery.
Hobbies:
I have authored multiple articles on self love and enjoy meditation, yoga, cooking.
