Area of practice: Individual psychotherapy, working with children, adolescents and adults throughout lifespan. I am known for my expertise in dealing with depression, PTSD, impulse control disorder, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD and autism spectrum disorder and other related concerns that you may have.

I provides warmth and humor during my session to help everyone feel safe and comfortable in discussing about life challenges. My approach is base on collaboration with my clients, which is consistent with my passion for the dignity and worth of all. I hope to partner with you to overcome your mental health concerns. I aim to provider a safe and inclusive space, and approach your concerns with a holistic lens. I understand your story is impacted by social, cultural, and environmental factors, and I will offer a variety of treatment options that may best serve you. I promote a healthy lifestyle choices and integrate education in every session. My approach is based on DBT, which is an emotional focused treatment that balances an acceptance based approach with change strategies taken from cognitive- behavior therapy (CBT). Together, I believe we can find hope and healing.
Hobbies:
Outside of my professional practice, I enjoyed spending time with my family and friends. I love cooking my traditional food. I am deeply involved in my community and church. I also enjoyed sports (soccer and basketball). I love traveling around the world.
