Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with individuals and families experiencing symptoms of: anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder and PTSD. I work with teenagers and adults. I complete the Adult Day Treatment Program intakes at the Eden Prairie location and provide supervision to the Eden Prairie, ADT Team.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize a person-centered approach. I am a DBT trained therapist, frequently using DBT skills to help people decrease their mental health symptoms and reach their goals. I also use a CBT and systems approach, throughout my work.
Hobbies:
I am married, have three children and an Anatolian Shepard mix. I enjoy being outdoors, with my family and friends.
