More About Bethany Peterson
Clinical Interests:
I am very interested in working with clients to focus on connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Adler believed all of these pieces are connected within us. It is my role to support you and help you feel empowered in your lives.
Clinical Approach:
I am interested in working with both teens and adults. I work with clients who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma. I utilize methods of CBT, narrative therapy, goal setting, the humanistic approach, family and couples therapy, and mindfulness practices, to name a few. Together we will work to unravel life’s challenges and work together toward creating the path you desire in your life.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, my biggest passion is downhill skiing. My partner and I travel to different local hills around Minnesota to catch tracks most weekends throughout the winter. The summer brings me to the rivers and creeks in a blowup kayak or camping along the North Shore of Lake Superior. I also enjoy spending time with my fur babies, playing piano, and spending quality time with good friends.
