More About Bradley Dreis
Clinical Interests:
I have a wide range of clinical interests and I have helped people with a variety of diagnoses and difficult circumstances. This includes depression, bipolar, anxiety, panic, schizophrenia, borderline, PTSD, co-occurring substance use, medical complications, etc. I like to work with clients that are interested in creating a more stable and fulfilling life. I typically work with adults, but will meet with adolescents that are nearing adulthood.
Clinical Approach:
I use an eclectic approach that includes CBT, Jungian, Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered approaches. I feel that this provides for a helpful and healthy combination to both address deeper and longer-term issues while also developing strategies to use immediately to live a more positive and fulfilling life.
Hobbies:
I enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, biking, running, etc), spending time with my son, walking my dog, writing and playing music, reading, and attending a variety of artistic events.
