Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and family system interactions and the impact this has on individual mental health symptoms. I am interested in working with adults individually and couples as well as adolescents.

Clinical Approach:

I tend to approach the therapeutic relationship by first meeting the client where they are at in their life journey and helping them discover how the other systems they interact with impact their mental health.

Hobbies:

I enjoy traveling, trying new recipes, and spending time with my family.
