Clinical Interests:
I received my Masters Degree from UW-Madison in Clinical Social Work. I offer individual mental health services to adults (18+). I specialize in Substance Use Disorders, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Chronic Pain, and Aging.
Clinical Approach:
I am trained in CBT and Trauma-Informed Care approach where we work on challenging, reframing, and creating more understanding of their symptoms. We will work together to identify skills and tools that best address the concerns and will work to create an individualized recovery plan that you can always look back on.
Hobbies:
I enjoy playing video games, doing crotchet, and binge watching TV shows. During summer I enjoy spending time at the pool and going camping. I also enjoy spending time with family and cooking/baking.
