Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with children, families and adults. My areas of clinical interest are trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships and attachment, and identity.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is person-centered, relationship-oriented, and trauma informed. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma- focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT) and mindfulness techniques into my therapeutic work.
Hobbies:
I love spending time with my family and pups. I enjoy reading, sports, camping, fishing, board games, and downhill skiing.
