More About CayCee McKinney
Clinical Interests:
I primarily work with individuals from the ages of 16 to 45. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, sports performance, identity issues, coping skills, and attachment disorders.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and empowerment. I want to provide a safe, open, collaborative and inclusive atmosphere for anyone that come through my door; and encourage clients to come as they are. I am committed to creating a space for individuals to explore emotions, cope, and navigate todays world. My therapeutic approach includes person-centered, with aspects of narrative therapy and incorporating somatic work while personalizing my approach to each client and their goals when needed.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, watching movies and television shows, and baking. My number one joy though is music; I am usually listen to it, singing it, or suggesting it. I also am an avid animal lover. Even though I do not have a pet of my own (at this time) I am always interested in hearing about anyone else’s!
