Clinical Interests:

I work primarily with adolescents aged 13 into early adulthood experiencing trauma and stress, depression; dissociative disorders; behavioral and conduct issues. I also work with families experiencing conflict and adults struggling with trauma and trauma related stressors.

Clinical Approach:

My focus is on strengths based and solution focused approaches based on individual client needs. I am influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR trauma therapy along with other therapeutic approaches. I also incorporate art techniques, play techniques, and sand tray.

Hobbies:

I enjoy music, bonfires and star gazing, and hiking new trails with my partner.
