More About Christopher Siegfried
Clinical Interests:
My goal is to help people to become content in life by using a customized approach to therapy that fits each person and teaches them strategies and tools to help solve their challenges and develop to the point where they feel comfortable and developed in life. I have helped hundreds of adolescents, adults, and families to overcome many of life’s challenges and difficulties. I have experience working with clients who struggled with difficulties such as lack of clarity in life, identity, anger management, creating and maintaining fulfilling relationships, addictions, sleep, stress, grief and loss, parenting, low self-esteem, difficulties at work, anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences.
Clinical Approach:
I continue to use a variety of different psychological theories such as cognitive therapy, mindfulness, exchange and resource theories, psychodynamic, and person-centered depending on the client’s unique situation.
Hobbies:
I enjoy walking, skiing, golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
