More About Clair Stangle
Clinical Interests:
I am a relational thinker and work well with individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who suffer with depression, anxiety, and self-harm behaviors. My passion involves how communication style, emotional regulation, and boundaries affect the quality of relationships.
Clinical Approach:
I bring my authentic self, compassion, validation, and normalization into my sessions. I use the modalities of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Further, I listen to understand my clients perspectives and believe their stories.
Hobbies:
I practice yoga and meditation for selfcare. When the weather turns warm, I will be out in nature walking, jogging, and playing golf. This spring I plan to learn how to play Pickle Ball.
