Clinical Interests:

My clinical interest encompass a broad spectrum of general adult psychiatry including: anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and substance abuse/addiction.

Clinical Approach:

I take a “wholelistic” approach in my treatment, as I believe that in addition to the medical condition, and the treatment of physical symptoms, one must also address the mental, emotional, spiritual, and social factors affecting the patient’s health as well. I prefer to use “team-based care” working closely with the patients, families, as well as primary care providers to better serve the patient, and provide the most effective, efficient, and accessible evidence-based care.

Hobbies:

I love to travel and broaden my awareness of other cultures and their customs, to gain a better understanding of the population I serve. I most enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My interests include animal charities, cooking, listening to music, reading, and anything that involves water, especially the ocean.
