More About Colette Neron Ellenbecker
Clinical Interests:
I serve adults and teens transitioning to adult services by providing in home rehabilitative skills and in home therapy. Clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self esteem, life transitions, trauma, chronic mental illness, Traumatic Brain Injury and immigrant/refugee issues.
Clinical Approach:
I feel honored to get to work with client’s in their home environments. Being in a client’s living space allows growth in areas that are making day to day living difficult. Clinical approaches I draw from are client centered and Solution Focused, CBT, Trauma Focused, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to meet clients where they are at in the therapeutic process.
Hobbies:
I am passionate about traveling and find growth when stepping outside my comfort zone. I enjoy doing yoga and Pilates, biking, making pottery, and spending time with my family. I love all kinds of animals and share my home with 2 rescue cats. I am certified in emergency animal rescue and volunteer when able.
