More About Conor Lund
Clinical Interests:
My passion is to help individual clients, couples, and families rewriter a healthier narrative about themselves, develop forms of self care, establish healthy boundaries, integrate creative coping skills, and overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and work through difficult times in relationships. This passion is created in an environment filled with compassion, honesty, and kindness for clients to be in an encouraging atmosphere to make positive life changes and find hope, healing, and a fulfilling life.
Clinical Approach:
Sometimes words cannot capture the essence of what we are experiencing. This is where the power of art comes in. As a licensed and Master’s Level Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I am able to not only support you through words, but help you through your most difficult times. I will help you find your greatest opportunities for growth and healing by teaching you how to tap into the creative process to uncover deeper meaning and clarity in your life. Depending on your needs, I use multiple clinical modalities to offer support such as: Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and Strength-Based.
Hobbies:
In my free time you can find me enjoying the beautiful shores of Duluth, camping, thrifting, making art, and spending time with family and friends all with my dog, Cooper, beside me.
