More About Coreen Jander
Clinical Interests:
Singles – Learning essential skills to make your next relationship successful
Couples – Building the foundation for a lifetime of love
Work-life balance, forming connections and developing community, supporting those that move frequently, coping with chronic medical conditions, and ministers and their family members.
Clinical Approach:
My ambition is to assist people in living a valuable and purposeful life. I strive to connect with humility, optimism, and energy while focusing on validation, acceptance, and reflection.
My approach blends techniques that best target the goals of each client including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gottman Relationship Therapy Approaches, and Faith-based Therapy.
Much of my early work was in the field of relationship therapy for those transitioning to parenthood and I continue to enjoy supporting new parents that want to keep their partnership a priority.
Hobbies:
Anything in the fresh air and sunshine…I enjoy hiking, gardening, time with friends and fellowship with my church community. My happiest days are those spent laughing with my husband and three children, now in their teens and early twenties.
