I work with adults (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm/suicidality, grief, trauma, interpersonal stress, and dual diagnoses.

I use a holistic and person centered approach incorporating strengths based, solution focused therapy that includes skill building, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and faith.
