Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adults and adolescents on a variety of clinical issues. Some of my clinical interests include the following: depression, anxiety, grief & loss, substance disorders, gambling, stress management, adjustment disorders, trauma, self-esteem, caregiver stress, and work issues.

Clinical Approach:

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to work with my clients depending on their needs and wants. Some of the approaches that I may use include cognitive behavior therapy, DBT skills, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Hobbies:

In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my husband, my daughter, and our giant dog Tucker (180-pound Newfoundland). I also enjoy planning and celebrating holidays and celebrations.
