Donara Rudman is a State of MN Board Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and therapist with over 10 years experience in mental health field. She received her Master’s of Social Work from St. Catherine’s University and is currently working on completing certification for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She utilizes CBT, DBT, and trauma focused approaches. She has experience with in home mental health services, crisis/domestic violence/criminal assault, inpatient mental health in Minneapolis, adolescent day treatment, school-based therapy, mental health case management, chronic pain/disease states and outpatient therapy with individual adult & adolescents and families. Her mental health experience illustrates a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of complex mental health symptoms and treatment modalities.

She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. Donara is committed to creating a safe space and assisting each individual build on their existing strengths to live their best possible life.
In addition to this, Donara has completed additional trainings for substance use and has extensive work providing assessments, referrals and counseling for those who experience issues with substance use.
