Clinical Interests:

I have experience in providing therapy to adults, children of all ages, and families. I am available for family or individual therapy to discuss various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, relationship and communication challenges, substance abuse, and other stresses we may experience in life. I am also available for Christian counseling.

Clinical Approach:

I appreciate that each client is unique, and I aim to utilize tools from various modalities to provide the best care for each person. I often use CBT and DBT techniques, play therapy, motivational interviewing, as well as mindfulness exercises. I encourage all clients to advocate for them selves and their needs, and to work with me in creating a treatment plan that is feasible for them and that they can be comfortable with and committed to.

Hobbies:

I enjoy gardening, walking, camping and reading. I also love to bake and play board games with my husband and three sons.
