Clinical Interests:
I have enjoyed working with pre-marital and marital couples, families (including blended and adoptive) and individuals ages 16 and older. I have experience with communication issues, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and difficulty adjusting.
Clinical Approach:
I value providing a hands-on experience with clients through several therapeutic modalities. My strengths of curiosity and directness helps fosters exploration and encourages growth while still being gentle. In our sessions, we can navigate patterns and habits that may keep you stuck, welcoming healthy ones to aid in your healing journey.
Hobbies:
I love spending time with my husband and our German Shephard puppy. I am a curious person who hopes to conquer camping, gardening, sewing my own wardrobe, and learning to skateboard. I enjoy reading thrillers, make you ‘ugly-cry’ romances, the Bible, and something new every once in a while. Someday I may even become a chef if I can stop burning rice!
