Clinical Interests:
I am dedicated to working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, with a focus on trans and gender-expansive individuals. I am also interested in supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Clinical Approach:
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, tailored to address each individual’s unique needs and goals. I believe in providing a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for self-discovery and healing. Rather than adhering to a single therapeutic approach, I integrate a blend of techniques, including mindfulness, existential therapy, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
Hobbies:
I love reading, spending time outdoors, baking, and various creative hobbies including ceramics and punch needling. I also cherish time spent with my senior dog, Pie.
