Clinical Approach:
Most of my training and clinical experience comes from a CBT orientation (cognitive behavioral therapy). I tend to use an eclectic style to my clinical approach, incorporating CBT techniques within a client-centered and solution-focused framework. I integrate play therapy techniques with children and use DBT skills when applicable.
Hobbies:
I moved to Minnesota to complete my clinical training at Nystrom and Associates. I grew up on the east coast right around the capitol of Connecticut, half way between New York City and Boston. My hobbies include playing musical instruments (piano, ukulele) and anything to do with Broadway musicals.
