Clinical Approach:

My approach to counseling is client-centered, empathetic, and solution-focused. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space where the client feels comfortable exploring difficult emotions and experiences. Listening actively, offering reflective feedback to help the client gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By using evidence-based techniques, working collaboratively with the client to identify patterns, set goals, and develop coping strategies. I want to also emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, accountability, and communication, particularly in addressing relational issues. Throughout the process, the maintaining a supportive and encouraging stance, empowering the client to take an active role in their own growth and healing.

Hobbies:

I enjoy a variety of hobbies that help me relax and stay active. I love spending time in nature, especially near water and in state parks, as it brings me a sense of calm. I also value spending time with friends and family, as they offer growth and support through meaningful conversations. I enjoy attending concerts and festivals when possible and also find relaxation in staying home and cooking.
