Clinical Interests:
I generally treat individuals eighteen and up, living with variety of Mental Health issues such as anxiety and mood disorders.
Clinical Approach:
There are several approaches that I utilized towards each individuals depending on where they are. One is stress management, this is necessary for their psychological health benefit. The other is Gestalt therapy here and now. This helps individuals to focus on present moment, which includes environmental and social context and how it affects their lives.
Hobbies:
I enjoy taking long walks. This helps me appreciate nature. I also enjoy baking and spending time with my family.
