Clinical Interests:
My clinical interest is working with adolescents, individually. I provide therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-harm, and other mental health concerns or disorders. I also enjoy teach skills in a variety of areas such as conflict resolution, relationship issues, and stress management.
Clinical Approach:
I believe that each person is the master of their life; their perception is their reality. My approach is different for each individual and based on a variety of approach and technique, such as the strengths based model or solution-focused intentions. Creating trusting and safe relationships with clients is my first step, as I want individuals to know that they are safe, supported and accepted. I am LGBTQ2IA+ friendly.
Hobbies:
I am an avid reader, some would say a reading enthusiast based on the amount of books I own. I enjoy spending time outside hiking or on the lake, being around my family and friends, listening to music, and painting.
