More About Heather Weston
Clinical Interests:
I meet a client where they are, to help them get where they need to be. I use techniques from Art Therapy, emotion tracking, journaling, psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy(CBT), Mindfulness, relaxation techniques, safety planning, and a tailored approach to therapy.
Clinical Approach:
I enjoy helping people (aged 6+). I have experience working with individuals, groups, family therapy, and couples counseling. I aim to work together to address whatever barrier you are facing, to build a relationship of support, comfort, trust, and honesty to help you get back to the journey of LIFE.
Hobbies:
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our 5 children, and our dogs. I also enjoy traveling, reading,4-wheeling, camping, and baking. Fall is my favorite time of the year. I love iced coffee, hockey, and listening to music.
