Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with adults and elderly through individual, couple, family, and group therapy. I enjoy working with clients in relation to anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and sexual issues.
Clinical Approach:
I practice through a humanistic approach while incorporating techniques from family systems, positive psychology, and narrative therapy.
Hobbies:
My personal interests include spending time with family and friends, going to the cabin, cooking, baking, and watching movies.
