Clinical Interests:
I treasure helping people work through their trauma and watching them become the person they were always meant to be despite being hidden through layers of negative beliefs. Although I have experience and training working with people of all ages, I am now focusing only on adults. I am trained in EMDR. I specialize in trauma and abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, shame, relationship challenges, grief and loss.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize several interventions, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing as well as strength-based and problem-solving approaches.
Hobbies:
I enjoy quilting, knitting, making rugs, reading, learning, jigsaw puzzles and going to the lakes with my family.
