I work with adolescents, men and women experiencing symptoms from depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions as well as anger management.

Clinical Approach:

Each and every person is fundamentally good and is inclined to flourish in their life. I will walk alongside you on this journey with all the empathy and respect that you deserve. I will take the time to listen to your story in a relaxed, safe atmosphere that is non-judgmental. I have experience working with depression, anxiety and addictions as well as anger management. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially doing something outdoors. I also enjoy reading both fiction and nonfiction as well as watching films. .
