More About Jen Rodewald

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy providing supportive psychotherapy to adolescents and adults coping with mood and anxiety disorders, fertility issues, perinatal and postnatal mental health, and individuals going through difficult life transitions.

Clinical Approach:

I love learning about new people and how their experiences shape who they are today, and helping them see strengths and resiliencies in themselves they may not have been aware of. I work from an integrative lens of mostly client-centered therapy to meet the client where they’re at! I also include aspects from psychodynamic and existential therapy, as well as inner child work. I provide therapy with a warm, nonjudgmental approach and utilize humor when appropriate!

Hobbies:

I enjoy going on walks with a fun playlist to listen to, spending time with family and friends, reading anything I can get my hands on, and knitting!
