Clinical Interests:

I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and have a strong passion for Perinatal Therapy and Play Therapy.

Clinical Approach:

I am an integrative therapist pulling from a multitude of therapeutic styles and approaches. My core approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, incorporating theories from Adlerian Therapy, Positive Psychology and Systems when working with my clients.

Hobbies:

When I’m not at work, you can find me playing with my kiddos, using and sharing my love of essential oils and finding ways to get the most out of each season here in Minnesota.
