Clinical Interests:
Jessica carries a specialty clinical focus in working with individuals and families impacted by trauma, highly stressful events, & grief/loss. She also has gained much experience in working with those engaged in & impacted by Foster Care & Adoption, those experiencing life transitions, relational struggles, communication & conflict resolution issues. Jessica also seeks to be culturally responsive in her clinical work with individuals, couples, and families.
Clinical Approach:
Jessica has training in order to work with children from the age of birth, and engages in the therapeutic process often using the following perspectives/frameworks: Internal Family Systems (IFS, Basic training), Brainspotting (Phase 1), and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Jessica is also certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).
Hobbies:
Spending time outdoors, photography, reading a new book, and spending time with my family.
