More About John Moffatt
Clinical Interests:
Much of my clinical work is assisting people who want help with intimate relationships. Often, that means facilitating communication in families or romantic relationships. Sometimes it means helping individuals process their side of a current or past relationship or helping them explore the question “What do I want and need from a partner? And why?”
I also work with people dealing with anxiety, life changes, and other issues.
Clinical Approach:
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on what fits best with each client. Therapy with me can be an untangling of deep emotions, telling stories about your family, or planning changes to your routine to disrupt a pattern that’s keeping you stuck.
Hobbies:
I enjoy hiking, juggling, rock climbing, scratchbuilding, and tabletop role-playing games.
