Clinical Interests:

John is a Clinical Social Worker with over 37 years of experience. John holds an MSW degree from The University of Iowa and has been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Bowen Systems Therapy, EMDR, and other therapeutic approaches.  He has an extensive history in threating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns. As a former active-duty Marine,  John cares greatly for veteran and their families.  John is the recipient of the Michelle Moore Award for prevention of child abuse.

Hobbies:

John enjoys adventure and recently spent 10 months living in Costa Rica with his wife, Chrystal and former therapy dog, Wrigley.  John enjoys time with family, traveling, and sports, especially baseball and football.
