Clinical Interests:
I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents and adults within agency, group practice and school settings. My main treatment focuses include depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustment issues, emotion regulation, neurodiversity, suicidal ideation and self-harm.
Clinical Approach:
My therapeutic style caters sessions to each person individually. I have a passion for creating a warm, open space for clients to experience significant change in their lives, and find healing. I use therapeutic techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based therapy, internal family systems (IFS) and play-therapy interventions.
Hobbies:
I enjoy watching the newest TV show/movie, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
